Remote Customer Service Representative (Part-Time And Full-Time)

Stanley Steemer is a fun, hands-on, team-oriented company. We are looking for hard-working, motivated individuals to join our team! Hiring Full-Time/Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representativesfor our call centers.

Training starts at $13/hour. Upon completion of training, employees will receive an hourly rate plus commission.

ApplicantsMUST have own PC computer, 2 monitors, high speed internet and a hands-free headset.

Qualifications:

• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including ONE weekend day
• Requires availability on Saturday OR Sunday and holidays
• Training is Full-Time for THREE weeks, beginning Monday April 1at through Friday April 19th.
• Training is mandatory. The schedule is Monday - Friday, from 11:00am - 7:30pm EST; 10:00am - 6:30pm CT; 9:00am - 5:30pm MST; 8:00am - 4:30pm PST.
• Expected to have a professional workspace with visible camera and microphone for training.
• Prior experience in a call center environment strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong typing skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
• Provide product support, solutions, and additional product information
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities with high attention to detail
• High School Diploma, General Education Development (GED)
