We are looking for individuals that break the Customer Service barriers and are willing to help us succeed in breaking the call center norm. 5-day work week, 25 hours per week, one weekday and Sunday off. *Mondays and Saturdays mandatory* *Eligible applicants will be emailed an assignment upon review of their resume Job Duties: Receive inbound calls on behalf of dealership clients and assist customers.
Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries as needed. Project a friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers. Gather and update customer and vehicle information.
Address customer inquiries and concerns to meet dealership and manufacturer objectives for follow-up calls. Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment. Conduct outbound calls following a pre-designed script (service/sales follow-up).
