As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Duties
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell additional products or services to customers when appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in our database
- Analyze customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving our products or services
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or conduct surveys as needed
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Sales experience is a plus
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable
- Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities
- Proficiency in language(s) is preferred
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Outstanding Customer Service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Comfortable with outbound calling to follow up or gather information
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
