As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. You will actively listen to customers, assess their needs, and offer appropriate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer records, process orders, and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our database
- Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless customer service experience
- Educate customers about our products and services, including technical specifications and troubleshooting guidelines
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions to retain customer loyalty
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office and customer service software
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
