Responsibilities:- Train and supervise Food And Beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members
- Develop new menus with the culinary team that include suitable pricing structures
- Oversee all Food And Beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
- Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy
- Implement and monitor operation schedules of Food And Beverage staff
- Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills
- Deep knowledge of culinary trends in the industry and a strong understanding of portion and plating standards
- Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred
- 3+ years in Food And Beverage management or supervision
- High school graduate or equivalent, degree in hospitality management preferred
