Responsibilities:
Customer Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and desires. Provide personalized cruise recommendations based on their preferences.
Booking and Reservations: Assist clients in booking their dream cruise vacations. Handle cruise reservations, coordinate travel itineraries, and ensure a seamless booking process.
Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on cruise line offerings, itineraries, and special promotions. Become an expert in various cruise destinations and travel packages.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide ongoing support before, during, and after their cruise to ensure a memorable travel experience.
Sales and Commission: Drive sales through effective communication and sales techniques. Earn uncapped commissions on every successful booking, and take advantage of a rewarding commission structure.
