Responsibilities:
- Learn and share our program details to guide potential clients toward their goals
- Work as a critical part of a small team
- Respond to inquiries about how our program works and if it could be a good fit for the potential client.
- Investigate and Overcome bureaucratic hurdles to titling and ownership transfer for personal property assets
- Work with clients to understand and serve their goals
- Research and help to clear manufactured home title issues
- Utilize our CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor progress
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and find creative solutions
- Research market and local Government requirements, prepare contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed
- Ensure a smooth and simple experience
- Perform detailed reviews of follow up schedules, documentation, and systems
- All training will be provided
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and rapport building is required
- Strong general computer literacy strictly required and tested
- Must be very driven and passionate about helping others & goal-oriented
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Detail Oriented - seek out critical details and make decisions based on findings.
