We are currently seeking a remote Behavioral Health Therapist with a master's level of education to join our team on an employment or contract basis, with part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Position Overview: As a remote Behavioral Health Therapist, you will have the opportunity to provide vital therapeutic support to individuals in need, all from the convenience of your own home. This role is perfect for dedicated professionals who are committed to making a positive impact on the mental health and well-being of clients through telehealth services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including counseling and psychotherapy, via telehealth.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other remote clinicians, to ensure coordinated care.
- Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout their treatment journey.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging trends in the field of telehealth and mental health treatment.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Licensure is a plus
- Experience in providing remote mental health services is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, virtual environment.
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to helping individuals achieve improved mental health.
