As our Insurance Claim Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health of our remodeling projects by efficiently handling Insurance Claims, thereby transforming our clients' homes and lives.

The Job and Your Responsibilities:

As an Insurance Claim Manager with Lamont Bros, you will:

  • Be a Trusted Advisor: Act as the primary liaison between Lamont Bros, insurance companies, and homeowners, ensuring transparent communication and effective claim management.
  • Efficiently Manage Claims: Oversee the insurance claim process from initial contract to final invoice, focusing on minimizing timeframes and maximizing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our design and project management teams to ensure a seamless transition from claim approval to project completion.

Ideal Experience:
  • Proven experience in Insurance Claims management in the construction or remodeling industry.

  • Knowledge of construction terminology, building codes, and remodeling processes.

  1. Communication with Insurance: Produce and refine estimates, ensuring clear understanding of costs and prices.
  2. Adjuster Collaboration: Maintain documentation, negotiate effectively, and support claims through legal processes if necessary.
  3. Homeowner Liaison: Explain the insurance claim process to homeowners and guide them to facilitate claim payments.
  4. Claim Management: Enhance internal processes for efficiency, maintain detailed records for compliance, and oversee the status of insurance contracts.
  5. Team Collaboration: Ensure smooth project completion by communicating effectively with the team, meeting deadlines, and reporting on project progress.
Pay and Benefits:
  • Salary: $60,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
  • Bonus: Structured per-project bonuses that allow for up to $40,000 in bonuses per year.
