Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Entry- to intermediate-level construction
• Activities include (but are not limited to):
• Demolition
• Trim
• Drywall (hanging and patches)
• Hanging fixtures - mirrors, drapes, hooks etc.
• Light framing
• Paint touch ups
• Subfloor repair
• Finish work
• Small flooring projects
• Job site prep and cleanup
• Installing small appliances/furniture (ex: bathroom vanities)
• Carpentry (ex: Cabinet Install)
• Communicating clearly and consistently with project manager

  Requirements

  At D&D Elite, we believe attitude is everything. We are looking for someone with construction experience however we're willing to train the right candidate. This is a position that could grow into a larger role at our company, therefore we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do and someone willing to do what it takes to bring us all to the next level.

  • Hard working, reliable, team-oriented, willing to be flexible
  • Reliable transportation - we work all over the Reno / Sparks area and you will be moving between different projects each week
  • Customer service oriented - we set a high bar of service with our clients and expect all of our employees exhibit excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail - quality is the cornerstone of our business so we need someone who values perfecting every detail
  • 'Do it right or do it twice' mentality - we work efficiently but make sure we're always putting in the effort to do work the correctly the first time, no shortcuts
  • Construction experience strongly preferred - we're looking for someone who is skilled and handy, however attitude is the most important and we're willing to train the right team member
  • Large Power tools provided - You bring the basics (hammer, drills, etc.) ... experience with tools is preferred
