Job Title: Remodel Laborer

Job Summary: As a Remodel Laborer, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various tasks related to renovation and remodeling projects. Your primary responsibilities will include performing physical labor, assisting skilled tradespeople, and ensuring the timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

1. Perform demolition work, including removing old fixtures, flooring, and structures as directed by the supervisor.
2. Assist with the installation of new fixtures, flooring, drywall, and other materials under the guidance of experienced tradespeople.
3. Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and guidelines.
4. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at the job site.
5. Clean and prepare work areas before and after construction activities to ensure a safe and organized environment.
6. Assist with the transportation of materials and equipment to and from the job site as needed.
7. Follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
8. Adhere to project timelines and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
9. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work site, including disposing of debris and waste materials appropriately.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the successful completion of remodeling projects.

Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or a related field preferred.
3. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
4. Familiarity with hand and power tools commonly used in construction and remodeling.
5. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
6. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
7. Basic understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a construction environment.
8. Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
9. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.
10. Positive attitude and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.37 - $23.33 per hour
