Your Role
You will be responsible for serving as a technical and subject matter expert providing residential scope and pricing reviews for all make ready and rehab projects. This is an in office/remote position and will not require time in the field.
Responsibilities

• Review all Water, Mold & IAQ related projects.
• Ensure accuracy on work orders and communicates to the rest of team.
• Serve as the key point of contact, resolving issues with vendors as necessary related to scoping and pricing.
• Facilitate and negotiate scope and pricing alignment with vendors.
• Maintain awareness of trade/industry developments and seek areas of opportunity for continuous improvement.
• Serve as the subject matter expert resource for the department and leadership, vendors/partners, and residents while providing mitigation expertise with courteous customer support and service.

Requirements

• 3+ years of mitigation project management experience in water, fire, mold (Required)
• IICRC WRT Certification (Required)
• Possess strong negotiating, customer service, organizational, & time management skills with a demonstrated passion for success and service mindset.
• Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and ambition for success

• Plano, Texas or Chicago, Illinois preferred
• Will consider remote for the right candidate
