Relief Universal Banker - Kahului Branch

HawaiiUSA Federal Credit Union seeks a team-oriented, member-focused Universal Banker (teller, new accounts, loans) to join our branch team. This individual provides both savings and loans services for membership, promoting the full line of products and services of our credit union. Essential duties...

• Paid travel to support various branches across Maui and the state of Hawaii.
• Process transactions, perform account maintenance, help members. achieve their financial wellness goals.
• Deliver exceptional banking experiences.
• Grow our membership, loans, & deposits through proactively and consistently highlighting the benefits of our products and services and asking for the business.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

• The ability to work both independently and cohesively with others, fostering a team environment.
• The ability to handle all confidential matters professionally; always maintaining the privacy of our members' account information with integrity.
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking and planning skills, with a high level of dependability, commitment, and achievement of expectations and goals.
• The ability to learn quickly and continuously, including use of technology (e.g. mobile and online banking).
• Analytical problem-solving skills, with a strong interest in continuous improvement.
• For the Universal Consultant, loan experience is required (e.g. consumer/ HELOC) while underwriting is preferred.
• Preferably a bachelor's degree in business and/ or financial institution experience is a plus, but not required.

Benefits & Pay
The expected pay range for Relief Universal Banker is $17-$22/ hour + pay differential + mileage.
