Relief Doorperson

We're searching for a dependable and enthusiastic Relief Doorperson to join our team! In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our residents while providing them with friendly and professional service. You'll work a flexible schedule, filling in for scheduled absences and peak times, offering the perfect opportunity to tailor your work hours to your needs.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor building entry and access control systems
• Greet residents and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and presentable lobby area
• Address resident inquiries and concerns
• Enforce building rules and regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum six months of experience in a customer service or security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A valid driver's license is a requirement
