Summary:
Provides account services to customers by receiving deposits and loan payments; cashing checks; issuing savings withdrawals; recording night and mail deposits; selling cashier’s checks; answering questions in person or on the telephone; referring to other bank services.
Essential Functions:

- Understand and support bank mission
- Conduct bank’s routine transactions within time limits and established guidelines (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals etc) with accuracy
- Assess the risk in each transaction and seek additional assistance, if necessary, in identifying possible fraudulent transactions
- Exhibit the “We Care” commitment to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Adhere and comply to all Bank policy and procedures and applicable Federal Banking Regulations
- Exhibit knowledge of ENB products and services
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services (credit cards, saving bonds etc.)
- Demonstrate the ability to resolve customers’ issues, provide relevant information and seek additional assistance when necessary
- Strive to meet and exceed goals outlined in performance and incentive programs
- Consistently maintain a calm, professional, and caring manner with internal and external customers
- Complete other duties that may be assigned
Required Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or participate in a qualified high school work program
- Cash handling experience necessary
- Customer Service skills
- Functional understanding of Windows-based applications
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented, well organized and proficient in multitasking
- Excellent relationship building skills
- Act as a self-motivated team player
- Successful completion of all required Relationship Banker training and obtainment of completion certificates
- Must have a professional appearance an manner
- Participate and successfully complete educational classes

This position has no supervisory responsibilities

This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, mouse, keyboard, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculator, and fax machines.
