SalaryEssential Duties:
- Maintains expert knowledge of Bank’s retail Products and services.
- Maintains Business/commercial products and services knowledge
- Effectively counsels and advises customers on bank products and services.
- Maintains the ability to look at the whole customer relationship for opportunities to enhance and grow.
- Manages the application-to-closing process for retail loans.
- Opens new deposit accounts while broadening customer’s needs, present or future.
- Resolves customer problems with what is best for customers and Bank.
- Aptly and confidently demonstrates and educates our customer base on our technology products and services.
- Assists customers with product selections for accounts and financial services throughout the Bank including Wealth Management, Cash Management Services, and Merchant Services cross-selling.

Requirements:Education/Training: A high school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Training in customer service, telephone etiquette, and sales needed.
Skill(s): Must demonstrate strong communication skills; bilingual (Spanish) preferred; excellent interpersonal relations skills; proficient PC skills; a comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts; a proficient knowledge of the banking systems, transaction documents, knowledge of vault transactions and balancing; a working knowledge of bank consumer and business products and services; proficient Microsoft Office skills; possess problem solving skills.
Experience: A minimum of (4-6) years' experience in a related position normally required.
