Regulatory Compliance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Manager with a focus on healthcare to join our team. The Regulatory Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our digital marketing practices adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, ACA, and FTC guidelines. This role will play a crucial part in maintaining our clients' trust and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures specific to digital marketing in the healthcare industry.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare regulations and industry standards, and ensure that our digital marketing strategies remain compliant.
• Provide guidance and training to internal teams on compliance requirements and best practices for healthcare marketing.
• Handle ad creative submissions to clients, ensuring that all materials meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits of our digital marketing practices to identify and address any compliance gaps.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their compliance requirements and assist them in developing compliant marketing strategies.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare compliance issues, providing guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead incident response efforts in the event of compliance breaches, including investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.
• Monitor and analyze emerging trends and issues in healthcare compliance, and recommend proactive measures to address potential risks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
