Regulatory and Event Operations (REO) provides operational leadership and processes for regulatory reporting and remittance. As an Regulatory and Event Operations Business Analysis Associate II in the Continuous Improvement and Operations Support (CIOS) team, you will have the opportunity to get a solid foundation in various banking operational processes, regulatory requirements and data analytical skills. As you will work with all major lines of business across the firm, you will learn their processes, products and systems to help you progress in your career with the Bank.

Job responsibilities:

• Analyze business process for gaps, opportunities, control breaks, compliance alignment and work with partners to produce a resolution
• Partner with businesses across the firm to strengthen the control environment and prepare the operations teams to be audit ready
• Conduct Change Management Assessments to ensure process/system changes are evaluated, updated, tested and implemented in a timely manner
• Develop and impart training to Specialists so that they can execute in compliance with the regulatory requirements efficiently and effectively as per the procedures
• Review and document procedures and process map them to depict the risks and controls.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• 4 years of relevant operations experience in data analytics, problem resolution and change management.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficiency with standard MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Access)
• Ability to deliver value-added support to business partners in a dependable, timely and accurate manner
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be detailed and quality assurance oriented with willingness to ask questions to gain full understanding of products or processes
• 4 plus years prior experience with SQL and another programming language, e.g. Python, R, SAS, Java, Alteryx

• Self-starter with excellent analytical, communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Flexible individual who can easily and efficiently transition across topics and disciplines

This is a Hybrid position which will require the incumbent to commute/work on site 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
