Job Description ; Excellent clinical Respiratory Therapy skills / Respiratory Services duties ' include' * Set up of Home Oxygen & Respiratory Care Equipment ; CPAP - BiPAP - Ventilators - Airway clearance - Nebulizers - Artificial Airways and associated equipment - Concentrator maintenance - delivery of products - Instruction of patient and family / care personal in the use of all devices delivered to include documentation of devices etc. Home Oxygen Oximetry testing - oxygen titration. LTOT Lo-Flo and High Flow - Portable Oxygen devices. Patient Respiratory care assessment and direction. Ability to learn quickly - No days are just the same - diverse duties and responsibilities. Must be able to work independently.
Job Requirements ;
Arizona State Respiratory Care License - Registered Respiratory Therapist - Home Care experience a plus - Good people skills , we meet and work with a broad spectrum of people. - SPANISH Language skills "A PLUS" Homecare RRT is a very different breed of position - we do a large number of Hospice patients - Long Term care patients - to setting up CPAP / BiPAP for the first time - or ongoing services and assessment.
ON-CALL - Our RRT's rotate call - the schedule varies - but generally 1 weekend per month - some weekdays - Holidays are rotated - We have a Pager Call system - with Drivers ready to deliver 24/7 - Our RT personal direct delivery personal to their route duties as personal managers during 'call time' assignments.
