Job Summary:
As a Correctional Registered Nurse (RN) in our dynamic healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality medical care within the correctional facility. Embracing the night shift, your dedication to patient well-being will shine through as you ensure the delivery of optimal healthcare services during the overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer nursing care to incarcerated individuals, addressing their unique healthcare needs with compassion and professionalism.
- Conduct health assessments, monitor vital signs, and implement appropriate interventions in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Onboarding Process:
Upon acceptance of the offer, your onboarding journey will commence, spanning a comprehensive 3 to 4 weeks. During this period, you will undergo thorough training and orientation to familiarize yourself with our facility's policies, procedures, and healthcare protocols. We are committed to providing you with the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in your role.

Salary: $50.32 - $51.89 per hour
