Job Description: Triune Consultants has immediate opportunities for compassionate people to join our team! We have a need for nurses to cover days, evenings, and overnights. A perk of this role is flexible scheduling and a supportive small team atmosphere. The RN is responsible for caring for clients with high medical needs in either a group setting or private home setting. We have a full range of cases with differing ages & complexities – we will help find the perfect fit for you!

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Hold current RN license in the state of Minnesota (and other states as indicated by agency growth)
• Hold current CPR certification
• Home health care/public health, nursing home, trach, G-tube, and/or ventilator experience highly preferable
• Demonstrate consistent integrity, good judgment, and initiative
• Experience in geriatrics preferred

Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability:

• Work hands-on with medically complex clients
• Advocate for clients’ physical and mental well-being; provide social support to clients
• Perform assessments and monitoring, provide assessment details and information to supervisor and doctors
• Perform medical treatments under the direction of doctors
• Schedule, attend, and follow up on medical appointments
• Order and track inventory of supplies, equipment, and medication for clients
• Help maintain a positive and professional environment
• Assist coworkers as needed and promote teamwork

Pay: $30.00-$41.15/hour
