Overview:
Spectrum Healthcare Resources is a leading healthcare provider, and we are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team in an outpatient setting in Rapid City, South Dakota. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with behavioral health concerns.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer and monitor psychiatric medications as prescribed.
• Provide counseling and support to individuals and families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Dakota.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Certification in Psychiatric-Mental Health Nursing (PMHN) is a plus.
• Strong assessment and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in behavioral health.
• Experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health records.
