Title: Registered Nurse (Weekend Baylor)

Schedule: Work (2) 12 hour shifts on Saturday & Sunday 7:00am-7:30pm and (1) 8 hour shift Monday or Friday 7:00am-3:30pm. You will be paid 8 extra hours totaling 40 hours.

Position Summary:
The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is a registered professional nurse who coordinates, provides, and evaluates patient care and education through collaborative efforts with health team members in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. You will greatly impact the community we serve through our commitment to excellence! New Grads Welcome!
QualificationsEducation:Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years experience in a psychiatric health-care facility preferred.
Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the Illinois State Board of Nursing.
Additional Requirements: Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications. CPR certification and successful completion of Management of Aggressive Behavior including restraint and seclusion policies, within 90 days of employment, and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.
