Example of Duties
Among other responsibilities, some duties you will carry out are:
- Giving direct and indirect care with the goal of enhancing patient health.
- Organize clinical follow-ups and activities.
- Performs physical examinations and/or preventive health measures to assess and evaluate patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
- Maintains and updates patient charts, records, and information.
- Provides medical consultation in specialized areas of knowledge.
- Provides clients with information concerning rights, options, benefits, services, goals and expectations.
Typical Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Utah
- Successful background screening
- As a condition of employment with the Department of Health and Human Services, successful candidates must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or receive an approved accommodation.
