Join our team as a dedicated Registered Nurse at an Elementary School campus, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of our students. As a Registered Nurse, you will administer medications, conduct screenings, and maintain organized health records to provide exceptional healthcare services within a general health setting.
Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments to students, adhering to established protocols and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Conduct various health screenings, such as vision, hearing, and height/weight assessments, to identify any potential health concerns.
- Ensure prehensive and organized health records, including medical histories, immunization records, and emergency contacts, for each student.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to effectively municate and address any student health needs.
- Provide health education and guidance to students, promoting healthy habits and preventive care.
Qualifications:
- Valid licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state.
- Excellent interpersonal and munication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff members.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining accurate health records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
