Your Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPNs, CMA and CNAs.
• Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered.
• Record physical findings, formulate plans and prognosis based on resident's condition and report findings to physician.
• Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort.
• Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
• Notify the resident's attending physician and/or DON when there is a change in the resident's condition.
• Respond to inquiries from the clinical staff and the needs of residents.
• Perform routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures.
• Promptly respond to call lights, as needed.

General Requirements:

• Active RN license required
• Minimum of 3 year of relevant experience required
• Experience working in senior living preferred
• Must have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Must successfully pass a background check.
