Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by LPNs, CMA and CNAs.
- Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered.
- Record physical findings, formulate plans and prognosis based on resident's condition and report findings to physician.
- Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort.
- Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
- Notify the resident's attending physician and/or DON when there is a change in the resident's condition.
- Respond to inquiries from the clinical staff and the needs of residents.
- Perform routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures.
- Promptly respond to call lights, as needed.
General Requirements:
- Active RN license required
- Minimum of 3 year of relevant experience required
- Experience working in senior living preferred
- Must have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Must successfully pass a background check.
