We are currently seeking a highly motivated Registered Nurse to join our Desert Highlands Healthcare Team. In this position you will provide direct nursing care to our skilled and long term care residents. If you are highly motivated, compassionate, and responsible this is the position for you!
Qualifications:
-Active Arizona Nursing License
- Obtain and maintain DPS Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Obtain and maintain CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to follow all federal and state regulations
- Must be a team player
- Encompass compassion and commitment to our residents
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled and long term care nursing environment.
- Monitor and assess residents to ensure quality care is provided
- Accurately monitor and document residents assessment, changes in condition and care provided in EMR
- Administer medications
- Wound care
- Ensure resident care plans are implemented

Pay: $27.00 - $42.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
