Form of workPay range for this position is $28.03 - $39.85/hour. Actual pay is based on years of licensure.
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides nursing coverage for Medical Exercise participants. Assesses individual participant's health problems, concerns, and questions. Provides exercise progression as well as psychosocial support to participants and their families. Participates in formal and informal education of participants, their families and the community. In doing so, demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care that is appropriate to the ages of the participants served.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelors Licenses/Certifications: RN-Registered Nurse Must obtain AED certification within 6 weeks of hire date CPR – American Heart Association Experience: One year experience in the acute patient care setting. Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licenses/Certifications: ACLS certification
