The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives. This position assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and Performances Improvement efforts, while providing supervision to staff assigned to his/her shift.
Your Experience Matters What we're looking for:
- Education & Education: Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing required or equivalent combination of education and experience in psychiatric nursing management; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in psychiatric health-care. Must be CPI and CPR certified, required.
- Additional Skill Requirements: Knowledge of Joint Commission, HCFA, OSHA requirements, and state and federal regulatory requirements. CPR certification and successful completion of training in CPI within 30 days of employment and prior to assisting in restraining procedures.

Compensation:
This is a Full-Time role and the expected compensation range for this role is $33.00 - $46.00 hourly with a $2,500 Sign On Bonus. We're eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor.
