Role Impact
Joining Refined Vida as an IV Therapy Specialist means you have a direct impact on improving the quality of our clients' lives. You will:
- Provide critical wellness services through IV therapy in the comfort and privacy of our clients’ homes.
- Play a key role in our mission to deliver personalized care, enhancing patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a culture of care excellence and continuous improvement in patient health and wellness.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical operations of our mobile IV therapy services, including patient assessment, IV administration, and post-care follow-up.
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety, adhering to all regulatory and company protocols.
- Train and mentor junior nursing staff to uphold the best practices in IV therapy.
- Manage inventory and supplies to ensure all necessary equipment and medications are stocked and maintained.
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, and clients to support business growth.
- Implement policies and procedures that comply with healthcare regulations and ensure the highest quality of care.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN license with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience, preferably in ER/ICU settings.
- Mastery in IV therapy, evidenced by certification and continuous education.
- Excellent communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish, to serve a diverse client base.
- Proficient with healthcare IT systems, including EMRs, for accurate patient documentation and compliance.
- Commitment to impeccable sanitation standards and in-depth knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Own vehicle for travel to client homes, with a willingness to work flexible hours.
- CPR/BLS/ACLS Certification required.
