A comprehensive rehabilitation program, the Unit is designed to assist patients in reaching their maximum potential while having a short length of stay. Inpatient Rehab at Springhill Medical Center recently earned a three-year CARF Accreditation for the comprehensive integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation program and the stroke specialty program.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Our comprehensive rehabilitation unit is designed to assist patients in reaching their maximum potential while having a short length of stay. Must be willing to work every other weekend. Weekends only shift available upon request.
Pre-Employment Requirements:
- We are a drug free facility. Passing a pre-employment drug screening is required.
Requirements:
- Current RN License and ACLS/BLS certification required.
- Rehab experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to effectively communicate with patients, physicians, family members and co-workers in a manner consistent with a strong customer service focus.
- Strong assessment, organizational and problem-solving skills as evidenced by the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and role components required.
- Ability to function independently and exercise judgment in interactions with physicians, interprofessional care team and patients, and their families.
