Hospice On CallRegistered Nurse Weekends
Responds to telephone requests at home from our after-hours Triage RN for assistance by addressing the request by telephone or by making an in person visit that includes skilled assessment and interventions which can include in person after hours admissions and end of life visits.
- After Hours Home visits and Skilled/Assisted Nursing visits as needed

- Take calls at home from our After-Hours RN Coordinators and respond in person to care for the patient and family at their time of need.

- Covers 10 Counties
Required
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse. An employee in this role is only able to provide clinical guidance to patients in states in which the employee possesses a current, unencumbered license.
- One (1+) year of nursing experience.
- Hospice experience strongly preferred
- In home experience strongly preferred
