Provides, coordinates, and directs the provision of hospice care according to physician’s orders based on agency policies and procedures, through the competent application of the nursing process. Must be able to work autonomously.
Attractive Pay Salaried
- $75,000 - $80,000 + mileage + cell phone reimbursement
- Territory can include South Bend, Granger, Mishawaka, Elkhart, Laporte
