Looking for PRN day or night shift
Seeking RN candidates to join our team at Orchard Creek Skilled Nursing Facility. We are currently looking to fill full and part time positions. One must be current in AHA CPR, or be able to provide with in 1 week of hire, also must be current with state of MI Nursing License. Candidate shall pride themselves in delivery of excellent care, teamwork and communication skills. Professionalism is a must. Prior experience with Ortho pts, Geriatrics and Skilled nursing preferred. Some staff nursing duties include assessment of patients, pain management, admissions and discharges, wound care, Medicare documentation medication pass and supervising Nurse Aides in our small, 22 bed rehab facility.
