Registered Nurse (Rn)

Atlanta Hand Specialist seeking a PART-TIME and/or FULL-TIME Registered Nurse for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

- Nurse experienced in operating room circulator, Pre-Op and Post-Op care preferred.

-Preferably previous work experience in an ambulatory surgical center or ambulatory GI setting.

-Should be able to perform IV's.

-Protects patients and employees by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols, medication administration, and storage procedures, and controlled substance regulations.

-Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

-Maintains nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.

-For this position, you will have to commute to location.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing or other medical fields
Familiarity with medical software and equipment
Ability to build rapport with patients
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

BLS

RN License
