```Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient's vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Assist with medical procedures, including ambulatory surgery center operations, airway management, CT scans, pain management, etc.
- Provide occupational health services to employees as needed
- Provide care for patients in assisted living facilities or nursing homes
- Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Demonstrate empathy, compassion, and professionalism in all interactions with patients
Skills:
- Valid RN license in [state]
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and standards of care
- Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Experience in ambulatory surgery center operations is a plus
- Familiarity with airway management techniques
- Experience in pain management is highly desirable
- Knowledge of dementia care is a plus
