Registered Nurse
- Annual Salary-$83,200-$93,600
- Sign on bonus-$1500.00 ($750.00 in first check/$750.00 after six months of employment)

- Responsibilities and duties for SMHFC Registered Nurse
- Perform Intake Assessment on all clients that are admitted to residential programs, including: Review of referral information, Physical Assessment, and completing intake documentation.
- Assess children’s physical complaints and provide appropriate follow up, including giving instructions to direct care staff.
- · The Registered Nurse is responsible for all prescription medication management.
- The Registered Nurse oversees crisis management incidents under PRFT regulations.
- The Registered Nurse is responsible for sharing On-Call duties within the Medical Department (Full Time RN’s only).
- The Registered Nurse oversees the coordination of all medical and dental appointments, transporting children to physicians and specialists as needed when CNA is unavailable.
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) with CPR Certification. Minimum of Associate’s, Bachelor’s degree preferred. One or more years’ experience in mental health field is preferred.
