Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress, symptoms, and vital signs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive care measures
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Assist with medical procedures, including airway management and ostomy care
- Utilize electronic health record systems such as Cerner and Athenahealth for documentation and communication purposes
- Adhere to all relevant healthcare laws, regulations, and ethical standards
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of [State]
