Permanent Housing Advanced Clinical Services (PHACS) is a team of interdisciplinary healthcare professionals who provide care at PSH sites. We partner with the community-based organizations that run the sites. Our goal is to increase residents’ quality of life and housing retention by stabilizing their health and connecting them to ongoing care.
- Schedule: Per Diem, Dayshift, 32-40hrs. wkly
- Travel: Local within various sites San Francisco
- Salary range: $94.2625- $126.2125
Minimum Qualifications
License: Possession of a valid permanent/temporary (including interim permit) California Registered Nurse License;
AND
Experience: At least one (1) year of experience working as a Ambulatory or PHN Registered Nurse.

Pay: $94.26 - $126.21 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
