What you will need:
• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; Specialty certification preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Minimum of 3+ years experience in specialty area preferred with evidence of progressive leadership
• Skills: N/A
What you will do:
• Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
• Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput
• Would assume direct patient care if necessary
• Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s)
• Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge
• Guides staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills
• Takes lead on clinical performance management

- Location:PACU CVI, Glenbrook Hospital
- Full Time/Part Time: Full-time 32hrs
- Hours: M-F Rotating Shifts; 8/10/12hr shifts available;
- Evening, weekend, and holiday calls
- Required Travel: may float to other sites during low volume days
