The ideal candidate will be trustworthy and compassionate, and will:

- Possess a current RN license in the state of Washington
- DSHS approved Dementia and Mental Health Specialty training a plus, or will need to be completed within 120 days of hire.
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Enjoy being part of a team, as this person will work closely with a team of nurses to design and implement care plans for each resident
