Full Job Description:
Comfort Home Health has exciting career opportunities for RNs to specialize in individualized, goal-directed OASIS-E Coding and Review.
Requirements:
- Current state license to practice in Florida with at least two years of experience.
- COQS, HCS-O, or COS-C Certification.
- HCS-D or BCHH-C Home Health Care Coding Certification.
- Strong PC, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Current driver's license and auto liability insurance.
Responsibilities:
- Review clinical information focusing on accurate ICD-10 coding and sequencing related to OASIS-E.
- Utilize the Medicare PDGM billing model and adhere to CMS guidelines.
- Collaborate with clinicians for data integrity clarification and corrections in documentation and patient medical records.
- Complete the final review and lock OASIS.
