Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health status through comprehensive physical examinations and medical history reviews.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs, medical conditions, and treatment goals.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor their effects.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of services.
• Monitor and document patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medical records accurately and timely.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and families during times of illness, injury, or distress.
• Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain patient safety and infection control standards.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical audits to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare delivery processes.
• Stay updated on current healthcare practices, regulations, and advancements through continuing education and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution (preferred).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in [insert state/province].
• CPR certification and other relevant certifications as required.
