General Summary: Responsible for supervising the Medical Group clinical activities and personnel in order to ensure high quality patient care, teamwork, and coordination of care. Determines work priorities, prepares daily work assignments, approves overtime and monitors compliance for regulatory requirements. Serves as resource person for clinical staff in resolving operation and patient care problems, acts as physician liaison, and role model for staff. This is a hands-on RN role.
These 2 Medical Groups have 15 providers - and growing!!! Must be flexible to travel to other locations.

- Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group Lead - General Surgery & ENT
- Location: Naperville, IL
- Full Time
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8-4:30- NO EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, or HOLIDAYS
- Travel: Plainfield, Elmhurst
What you will need:
- Current State of Illinois RN licensure & current CPR certification issued by either the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience.
- A minimum of one year of experience with scheduling
