Shift:
- FT Nights: 7pm - 7:30am, every other weekend and holiday rotation
Pay: Pay is based on experience between $44 and $68.68/hr, shift differential and sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 (1 year commitment).
Shift Differential Pay: $2.75/hr Evenings, $4.50/hr Nights

Located in a lovely area - North of LA, very family oriented. The units are like a family, length of service in the facility is long. A lot of CNA assistance which RN's love. Level II Trauma Center - 356 beds.
General Position Requirements:
- License: Current California RN license OR temporary CA license. (Must have proof of temp license to submit) *Interim CA Licenses not accepted.
- Certification: Current BLS, ACLS
- Experience: Minimum 1 year ICU experience required.
- Education: Associate’s degree in Nursing (ASN) required
Position Summary:
The ICU is a 18 bed unit with an nurse to patient ratio of 1:1 or 1:2. It is a department with a variety of diagnoses including Cardio-vascular patients (open heart patients and post interventional patients), diagnosed stroke patients (including those on clot reducing medications), trauma patients with multiple system instability, and patients requiring hemodynamic monitoring.
- Accurately interprets patient’s cardiac rhythm strips.
- Notifies physician of any changes in patient’s cardiac rhythm.
- Manages patients who are stable on ventilators in collaboration with the respiratory therapist and physician.
- Manages stable hemodynamic monitoring.
- Effectively engages patients, families and/or significant others regarding the plan of care, short and long term goals, progression toward goal achievement, including discharge planning.
- Leads Code Blues and is a member of the Rapid Response team.
