Form of workThe Home Health RN:
- Performs initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments of the patient’s needs, including Outcome and Assessment Information Set (OASIS) assessments at appropriate time points.
- Initiates the plan of care and revise as necessary.
- Provides nursing services and/or treatments indicated on plan of care.
- Counsels and educates the patient and family on disease process, self-care techniques and prevention strategies.
Requirements:
- Applicants must be a graduate of an approved nursing program and own a current Florida RN license.
- BSN or MSN preferred.
- Minimum one year experience providing direct patient care; previous experience as a Home Health RN preferred.
