As a Home Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering the highest quality care to our patient's within the home, in a one-on-one setting. Service Areas: Elkhart, LaGrange, Kosciusko and Noble Counties
Qualifications:
- Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Colleagues hired with an associate degree must enter a BSN program within 12 months of hire and earn their BSN from a NLN or CCNE accredited program within 5 years of beginning their BSN degree.
Effective February 2021, Colleagues hired with an associate degree and 10 or more years of nursing experience may be exempt from entering into a BSN program.
- Valid Indiana Registered Nurse license is required. American Heart Association CPR certification.
- 1 year of Medical Surgical nursing experience
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with lifting 100 pounds. Lifting requirement may be heavier for specified departments.
- Must have good verbal and written communication skills
