Home care agency seeks to fill a part time RN position. Service areas include but not limited to Mecklenburg and surrounding counties, Rowan, Gaston, and Cabarrus counties.

Initial Assessments (admissions) - $75 per visit

Quarterly visits, Supervisory visits - $50 per visit

Office hours, Follow-up home visits - $34-$37 per hour

We value your referrals and are thrilled to offer $150 for any client you refer to MedLink. Plus, we provide compensation for referring exceptional caregivers to join our team.

Responsibilities and Expectations

• Perform initial assessments on new clients
• Develop Plans of Care
• Perform follow-up visits or calls for active clients
• Revise and update plans of care, as needed
• Conduct supervisory visits of aides in the home (every 90 days and PRN)
• Answer questions via agency nurse line from clients, family, caregivers
• Conduct caregiver orientations, in-services, other trainings as needed
• Perform new hire skills assessments
• Autonomous working environment!!

Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid nursing license in NC - active, unrestrictive
- Pass background check
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively supervise a team and prioritize tasks
- Experience in Home Care or other healthcare settings is a plus
- Ability to handle emergency situations
- BLS/CPR certification
