Under the direct supervision of the Operational Manager and the Regional Leadership Team, the Registered Nurse (Health Department Manager) would manage the Lexington County Health Department to coordinate clinic operations, provide support to the site's management team to meet all program objectives and outcomes while abiding the policies and procedures of the agency.
-Direct and provide clinical and community services within site(s) within the region as needed; work with community leaders to develop effective partnerships with the agency.
-Manage direct reports' time and leave within the South Carolina Enterprise Information System (SCEIS); assist managers to review all time and leave of of all staff reporting to the site.
-Complete annual employee performance management system (EPMS) for all direct reports and assist managers to conduct their reports reviews all meeting agency deadlines.
State Minimum Requirements: Licensure as a Registered Nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing. Some positions require a valid driver's license. Certification in Basic Life Support and/or Basic or Advanced Cardiac Life Support. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
Institutions of Higher Learning must be recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.

Nursing experience and two years nurse management experience.Driving Record:If this position requires the applicant to possess a valid driver's license to operate a state vehicle or personal vehicle, any applicant being considered in the final stages of selection for the position will be required to provide a certified copy of a 10-year driving record.
