Shifts: 7p-7a
Days: Rotating Schedule (Week 1 = M / T / S / S& Week 2 = W / Th / F)
Weekends: Rotating Weekends
Location: 104 J V Mangubat, Waynesboro, TN 38485
Compensation: $64,500-77,000 annually (Full Time). $31-$37 per year
Sign on Bonus (Full-time): RN $5,000 LPN $ 4,000
Your Role in theOrganization
The primary purpose ofthe job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and tosupervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Qualifications:
Must have a validunencumbered nursing license. Must havevalid CPR/BLS certification or be willing to obtain during orientation.
Essential Elements ofyour Job
- Lead and support all functions related to quality for care for our residences.
- Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
- Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
- Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer, and discharge of our residents.
- Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physicians' Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.
- Chart nurses' notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
